Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of Phase 3 (commissioning), and 30% upon final client acceptance and documentation handover. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Tanaka Robotics Solutions Co., Ltd. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5%.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in component costs and labor rates in Japan Kyoto.
