Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon successful completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation. The 12-month retainer for the Robotics Engineer on-call support shall be billed monthly in arrears. All payments are to be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the account of Nairobi Advanced Robotics Solutions Ltd., Equity Bank, Kenya Nairobi branch.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes in scope, site conditions, or regulatory requirements in Kenya Nairobi after this period may necessitate a revised estimate.
- All Robotics Engineer services shall be performed in compliance with the Kenya National Standards Bureau (KEBS) regulations, the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of Kenya, and applicable international robotic safety standards (ISO 10218, ISO 13482).

- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. - Warranty on installed robotic hardware is provided by the respective manufacturers. Our Robotics Engineer team provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on all installation, integration, and programming services.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Kenya Nairobi region, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
