- Design and program a six-axis industrial robotic arm (KUKA KR-210) for precision welding and material handling operations.
- Integrate the robotic system with the client's existing SCADA and PLC infrastructure using Profinet and EtherCAT protocols.
- Develop custom end-effectors and tooling specific to the client's product specifications.
- Perform commissioning, safety validation (ISO 10218-1 compliance), and operator training for a minimum of twelve (12) plant personnel.
- Provide a 90-day post-commissioning warranty and remote technical support period.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised estimate after the expiry date will be subject to re-evaluation of material and labour costs in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- All prices are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of the Robotics Engineer's professional fees, travel within Kuwait, and standard working hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday to Thursday). Overtime beyond 10 hours per day will be billed at 1.5× the daily rate.
- The client shall provide a dedicated, safe, and electrically powered workspace at the Kuwait Kuwait City facility, along with all necessary civil works (foundation anchoring, cable trays, and compressed air supply) prior to the arrival of the Robotics Engineer.
- Intellectual property rights for all custom designs, PLC programs, and SCADA configurations developed by the Robotics Engineer shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the final invoice.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in Kuwait, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without additional cost to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Law (Law No. 11 of 2014), with proceedings conducted in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- This estimate does not include customs duties, import permits, or municipal permits required by the Public Authority for Industry (PAI) in Kuwait. The client is responsible for obtaining all regulatory approvals.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the Robotics Engineer services to be performed in Kuwait Kuwait City. A formal Purchase Order referencing Quotation Estimate No. QE-2025-KW-0472 must be issued within the validity period to confirm the engagement.
