This Quotation Estimate is issued by Advanced Automation & Robotics Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to provide comprehensive professional services of a Robotics Engineer for the client's industrial automation project located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing by the Robotics Engineer team.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon successful commissioning, and 20% upon completion of the warranty period. All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice.
- The Robotics Engineer shall provide a detailed project timeline within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment. The estimated total project duration is twenty-seven (27) working days from the commencement date in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement between both parties.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work site, necessary utilities (power, compressed air), and any third-party permits required for robotic installation in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur jurisdiction.
- All intellectual property, including proprietary code, design files, and process documentation developed by the Robotics Engineer, shall remain the property of Advanced Automation & Robotics Solutions Sdn. Bhd. unless otherwise agreed in a separate licensing agreement.

- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
