This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nepal Robotics & Automation Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Robotics Engineer professional services for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems at the client's manufacturing facility located in Nepal Kathmandu. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of robotic automation solutions tailored to the specific operational requirements of the client's production lines in the Kathmandu Valley region.
The Robotics Engineer team assigned to this project will operate primarily out of our Kathmandu headquarters and will conduct on-site assessments, system installations, and training sessions at the client's premises in the Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan area. All deliverables will comply with the Nepal Standards Bureau (NSB) guidelines and applicable industrial safety regulations of the Government of Nepal.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to fluctuations in import costs, exchange rates, or component availability relevant to the Nepal Kathmandu market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful commissioning at the Nepal Kathmandu site, and 20% upon final handover and acceptance sign-off.
- All payments shall be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account of Nepal Robotics & Automation Pvt. Ltd., Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch.
- The Robotics Engineer team shall adhere to all occupational health and safety standards mandated by the Department of Industry, Government of Nepal, during on-site work in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Any changes to the scope of work after this Quotation Estimate is accepted shall be subject to a written change order and may result in additional charges and timeline extensions.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred upon full payment. General methodologies, libraries, and tools of the Robotics Engineer team remain the property of Nepal Robotics & Automation Pvt. Ltd.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1998) of Nepal.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Nepal Kathmandu region (earthquakes, monsoon flooding), shall exempt both parties from liability for delayed performance.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of Robotics Engineer services in Nepal Kathmandu.
