2. Scope of Work – Robotics Engineer Services in Nigeria Abuja

This Quotation Estimate is prepared in response to the formal request for a qualified Robotics Engineer to deliver comprehensive automation and robotic systems design, deployment, and maintenance services within the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area and its surrounding industrial zones. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of robotic solutions, from initial feasibility assessment through to post-deployment support, all executed in strict compliance with Nigerian engineering standards and the regulatory framework governing automated systems in Nigeria Abuja.

The appointed Robotics Engineer shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in industrial robotics, mechatronics, and control systems engineering. 5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Robotics Engineer engagement in Nigeria Abuja may be revised to reflect market conditions.
The Robotics Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of NGN 50,000,000 throughout the duration of the project in Nigeria Abuja.
All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including proprietary control algorithms and system designs, shall vest in the client upon full payment.
Apex Robotics & Automation Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Robotics Engineer with a qualified equivalent of equal or higher seniority, subject to prior written approval by the client.
Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a formal amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences in Nigeria Abuja.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Abuja, FCT.
The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Nigerian data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019, when handling any operational data from the client's systems.

6. Acceptance and Authorization
