As stated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: twenty-five percent (25%) advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; thirty-five percent (35%) upon completion of the installation and integration phase; twenty percent (20%) upon successful commissioning and certification; and the remaining twenty percent (20%) to be disbursed in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month maintenance retainer period. All payments are to be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Apex Robotics & Automation Solutions Ltd.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates for a Robotics Engineer in Nigeria Lagos.
- All costs quoted are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, West Africa Time). Overtime or weekend work will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- The Robotics Engineer will provide weekly progress reports and a final technical documentation package upon project completion, including as-built drawings, PLC source code, and maintenance manuals.
- Client is responsible for providing adequate workspace, power supply (including UPS backup), and access to the operational floor at the Nigeria Lagos site. Any delays caused by client-side unavailability will extend the project timeline proportionally.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary algorithms, and reusable design libraries remain the property of Apex Robotics & Automation Solutions Ltd.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) will be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to power grid failures in Nigeria Lagos, regulatory changes by the Nigerian Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, or natural disasters, shall relieve both parties of performance obligations for the affected period.
- Warranty on installed robotic hardware is provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The Robotics Engineer's workmanship warranty is twelve (12) months from the date of final commissioning.
