All prices are quoted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and are subject to the current exchange rate. This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party licensing fees for proprietary software unless explicitly stated.
Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of Phase 3 (hardware installation), and 30% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andean Robotics Solutions S.A.C. in Lima, Peru. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) of Peru.
6.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations in robotics hardware and component costs.
6.2 Intellectual Property: All custom programs, designs, and documentation developed by the Robotics Engineer during this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Robotics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
6.3 Warranty: A 12-month warranty is provided on all installed robotic hardware and programming. The Robotics Engineer shall respond to warranty calls within Peru Lima within 48 hours of notification.
6.4 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations in Peru, or supply chain disruptions.
6.5 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
