This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request for professional services related to the engagement of a qualified Robotics Engineer for deployment and operational support within the Russia Moscow metropolitan area. Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

  • Advance Payment (30%): Due within 14 business days of contract execution, covering recruitment, visa processing, and initial onboarding in Russia Moscow.
  • Monthly Installments (55%): Distributed evenly across the 12-month engagement period, invoiced on the 1st of each month for the preceding month's services.

  3. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of remaining fees shall be calculated and paid.

  5. The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Russian federal and municipal laws, including but not limited to labor regulations, data protection statutes (Federal Law No. 152-FZ), and industrial safety codes in force in Russia Moscow.
  6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
  7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting operations in Russia Moscow, shall be addressed per the force majeure clause of the master agreement.
