The Robotics Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities throughout the contract period in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:

• Integration of robotic systems with existing PLC (Siemens S7-1500 / Allen-Bradley ControlLogix) and SCADA infrastructure at the Jeddah facility.

• Conducting on-site training sessions for the client's maintenance and operations teams on robotic system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Providing remote and on-site technical support for a minimum of 4 hours per week during the warranty period.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
2. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Advanced Robotics Solutions Ltd. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
3. The Robotics Engineer shall be provided with a valid Saudi work permit, Iqama, and any necessary professional licenses. All visa and work permit costs are included in the rates above.
4. The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, access to the production floor, and all necessary safety equipment (PPE) for the Robotics Engineer while on-site in Jeddah.
5. Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall remain the property of the client. Pre-existing IP of Advanced Robotics Solutions Ltd. remains reserved.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
7. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. Additional costs will be assessed separately.
8. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
9. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this contract for a period of three (3) years.
