This Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure, payable via bank transfer to the designated account of Atlas Robotics Solutions SARL in Dakar, Senegal:
- 30% Advance Payment (XOF 89,562,000) — due upon signature of the service agreement and confirmation of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Progress Payment (XOF 119,416,000) — due upon successful completion of installation and commissioning (Milestone 1.4).
- 20% Completion Payment (XOF 59,708,000) — due upon delivery of training, documentation, and final acceptance sign-off.
- 10% Retention (XOF 29,854,000) — released at the end of the 12-month contract period following satisfactory completion of all maintenance obligations.

- Force majeure events, including but not limited to port strikes at Dakar, political instability, or natural disasters, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the Senegalese Chamber of Commerce.
- The client agrees to provide the Robotics Engineer with safe working conditions, necessary access to all relevant areas of the facility, and all utility connections (power, compressed air, network) required for the installation and operation of the robotic systems.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed scope, cost, and terms for the engagement of the Robotics Engineer in Senegal Dakar. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding preliminary agreement pending execution of the full service contract.
