The total estimated project duration for the Robotics Engineer engagement is twenty (20) weeks from the date of contract execution. The project will be executed in phases, with milestone reviews conducted bi-weekly. All on-site activities in Singapore Singapore will be scheduled in coordination with the client's production calendar to minimise operational disruption.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in component costs and labour rates in Singapore Singapore.
5.2 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and development phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover.
5.3 The Robotics Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards in Singapore Singapore, including those enforced by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the Workplace Safety and Health Department (WSHD).
5.4 Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred upon full payment. General methodologies, tools, and pre-existing knowledge of the Robotics Engineer remain the property of Apex Robotics Solutions Pte. Ltd.
5.5 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order and approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences. Revised costs will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide a suitable workspace, power supply, and network infrastructure at the project site in Singapore Singapore. Costs for third-party hardware procurement (robotic arms, sensors, actuators) are excluded and will be itemised separately upon request. Travel and accommodation for the Robotics Engineer team, if required beyond the local Singapore Singapore area, will be billed at actual cost.
