Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestones, all processed via bank transfer to the account designated by Seoul Advanced Robotics Solutions Co., Ltd.:

- Milestone 2 (25%): Completion of robotic cell integration and initial commissioning – KRW 46,612,500
- Milestone 3 (25%): Successful 30-day operational trial period – KRW 46,612,500
- Milestone 4 (20%): Final handover, documentation delivery, and training completion – KRW 37,290,000
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires revalidation of pricing.
- The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project shall comply with all labor regulations applicable in South Korea Seoul, including the Korean Labor Standards Act and KOSHA safety directives.
- All intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement period shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
