The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will provide the following professional services to the client's facilities located in the Spain Valencia region:

2.1 System Design and Architecture: The Robotics Engineer will conduct a full assessment of the client's existing production lines and design a comprehensive robotic automation architecture. This includes the selection of appropriate robotic arms, end-effectors, and control systems tailored to the specific manufacturing processes operated within the Spain Valencia industrial corridor.

2.2 Programming and Integration: The Robotics Engineer will be responsible for the complete programming, calibration, and integration of robotic units into the client's operational workflow. This encompasses PLC programming, HMI configuration, sensor integration, and network connectivity with the client's existing SCADA and ERP systems.

2.3 Commissioning and Testing: All robotic systems will undergo rigorous commissioning and acceptance testing at the client's premises in Spain Valencia. The Robotics Engineer will prepare detailed test protocols, performance reports, and safety compliance documentation in accordance with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and Spanish Royal Decree 1215/1997.

2.5 Ongoing Technical Support: For a period of twelve (12) months following final commissioning, the Robotics Engineer will provide remote and on-site technical support, including quarterly preventive maintenance visits to the client's facilities in Spain Valencia.

The following table presents the detailed cost structure of this Quotation Estimate. All amounts are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA) at the standard rate of 21%.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments: thirty percent (30%) upon contract signature and project mobilization; forty percent (40%) upon completion of the programming and integration phase; and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon final commissioning, acceptance testing, and delivery of all documentation. • The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Spanish labour regulations, occupational health and safety standards (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales), and EU directives relevant to robotic systems.
• All work performed in the Spain Valencia region shall adhere to local municipal regulations regarding industrial operations, noise control, and environmental compliance.
• The client shall provide the Robotics Engineer with safe access to all relevant facilities, existing technical documentation, and necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network connectivity) at the project site.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary software frameworks, and pre-existing tools remain the property of Iberia Robotics Solutions S.L.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all work completed up to the termination date plus a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the remaining contract value.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
