This Quotation Estimate is issued by East Africa Robotics Solutions Ltd. to provide comprehensive Robotics Engineer consultancy and implementation services for the client's manufacturing and logistics facility located in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of robotic system design, deployment, integration, and ongoing technical support tailored to the operational requirements of the Tanzanian industrial sector.
The Robotics Engineer team assigned to this project will operate primarily from our office in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, ensuring proximity to the client's site and rapid response capability. All deliverables, documentation, and on-site interventions will be conducted in accordance with Tanzanian industrial safety standards and the regulations set forth by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS).

The total estimated project duration from commencement to final handover is approximately seven (7) months. The Robotics Engineer team will mobilise to the Tanzania Dar es Salaam site within fourteen (14) calendar days of contract execution. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as an annexure to the final contract. All phases will be subject to client approval gates before progression to the next stage.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of installation phase, 20% upon successful commissioning, and 10% upon final acceptance. All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to our account at CRDB Bank, Tanzania Dar es Salaam branch.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in the TZS/USD exchange rate exceeding 5%.
- Taxes: All amounts are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 18% and any applicable withholding tax as per Tanzanian Revenue Authority (TRA) regulations. The client shall be responsible for any import duties on robotic hardware procured from overseas suppliers.
- Warranty: The Robotics Engineer team provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all installed robotic hardware and programming. The maintenance retainer (Item 08) covers scheduled preventive maintenance, software updates, and emergency call-outs within 24 hours in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Intellectual Property: All custom-designed system architectures, control algorithms, and documentation developed under this engagement shall remain the property of the client upon full payment. Our firm retains the right to reference the project in portfolio materials with client consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes in Tanzania, or international supply chain disruptions.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act of the United Republic of Tanzania.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary processes, trade secrets, and operational data shared during the course of this Robotics Engineer engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The Robotics Engineer services described will commence only upon written confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.
