The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will be responsible for the following activities across the Thailand Bangkok facility:

• Design, programming, and commissioning of six-axis industrial robotic arms (FANUC M-900iD and ABB IRB 6700) for welding, material handling, and palletizing operations.
• Integration of robotic cells with existing PLC systems (Siemens S7-1500) and SCADA monitoring infrastructure.
• Development of custom end-effectors and tooling interfaces tailored to the client's product specifications.
• Conducting FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and safety compliance audits in accordance with Thai Industrial Safety Standards (TIS 1930-2551) and ISO 10218-1.
• Training of up to twelve (12) on-site operators and maintenance technicians at the Thailand Bangkok plant.
• Provision of a comprehensive technical documentation package including wiring diagrams, I/O lists, program source code, and maintenance manuals.
• Post-commissioning support and remote troubleshooting for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following final acceptance.

* All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Foreign currency equivalent at the time of payment shall be determined by the Bank of Thailand's published exchange rate. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Mekong Automation & Robotics Co., Ltd. The schedule is as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon successful completion of the Integration & Commissioning phase; 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the documentation package. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Robotics Engineer services may be subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
2. The Robotics Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall be employees of Mekong Automation & Robotics Co., Ltd. and shall not be considered employees or agents of the client.
3. All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including proprietary control programs and custom tooling designs, shall vest in the client upon full payment.
4. The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Thai labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and site-specific safety protocols at the Thailand Bangkok facility.
5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics affecting the Thailand Bangkok region, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Bangkok, before any litigation is commenced.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and financial provisions outlined herein for the engagement of the Robotics Engineer team at the Thailand Bangkok facility.
