4.1 — 30% advance payment (AED 250,425.00) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement.
4.2 — 40% progress payment (AED 333,900.00) upon successful completion of FAT and delivery of hardware to the client's site in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
4.3 — 25% payment (AED 208,687.50) upon successful SAT and system handover.
4.4 — 5% retention (AED 41,737.50) released 90 days post-handover, subject to satisfactory performance during the initial warranty period.
4.5 — All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Advanced Robotics Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue.
5.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
5.2 — The Robotics Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to those issued by the Dubai Municipality, the Department of Economic Development (DED), and the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA).
5.3 — The client shall provide safe access to the work site, necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network connectivity), and any permits required for installation activities within United Arab Emirates Dubai.
5.4 — Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and additional cost assessment prior to commencement.
5.5 — All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, libraries, and pre-existing tools of the Robotics Engineer remain the property of Advanced Robotics Solutions LLC.
5.6 — Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
