1. Scope of Work & Project DescriptionThis Quotation Estimate is prepared by Meridian Robotics Solutions Ltd. to provide comprehensive Robotics Engineer consultancy, design, implementation, and commissioning services for the West Midlands Manufacturing Group Ltd. facility located in United Kingdom Birmingham. The project encompasses the full lifecycle of an automated assembly line upgrade, including mechanical design, control systems programming, safety compliance, and ongoing technical support.
Our dedicated Robotics Engineer team, based in our Birmingham office, will be responsible for delivering all phases of this project in accordance with UK Engineering Standards, the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and the relevant UKCA/CE marking requirements applicable within the United Kingdom Birmingham industrial zone. All work will be conducted on-site at the client's premises in the West Midlands region, with remote support available for post-commissioning phases.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the assigned Robotics Engineer team are subject to reconfirmation.
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of travel within the United Kingdom Birmingham metropolitan area. Travel beyond a 30-mile radius of Birmingham city centre will be charged at £1.20 per mile.
- The Robotics Engineer services described herein are subject to the client providing adequate site access, power supply (3-phase 400V), and necessary permits for work in the Birmingham industrial zone.
- Any variations or change orders to the original scope must be agreed in writing by both parties before additional work commences. Revised Quotation Estimate documentation will be issued for all approved variations.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for this project, including control code and CAD models, shall remain the property of the client upon full payment. Standard library code and proprietary algorithms remain the property of Meridian Robotics Solutions Ltd.
- Warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of final Site Acceptance Test sign-off at the Birmingham facility. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and programming but excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or force majeure events.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- Meridian Robotics Solutions Ltd. holds full professional indemnity insurance (£5,000,000) and public liability insurance (£10,000,000) as required for engineering services in the United Kingdom.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises Meridian Robotics Solutions Ltd. to commence the Robotics Engineer services as described herein at the specified United Kingdom Birmingham location.
