5. Terms & Conditions
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After expiration, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
  • All services will be performed by a licensed Robotics Engineer holding a valid Illinois Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, registered with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
  • The Robotics Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of this engagement in the United States Chicago area.
  • Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a formal change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
  • All intellectual property, including proprietary control algorithms and system designs developed under this Quotation Estimate, shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
  • Work will be performed in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industrial robotics in the United States Chicago metropolitan area, including but not limited to OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and ANSI/RIA R15.06-2012.
  • Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until executed in writing by authorized representatives of both parties.
