Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 25% upon contract execution, 25% upon completion of the initial site assessment and design phase, 30% upon successful commissioning of all robotic cells, and the remaining 20% upon final acceptance and handover of documentation. All payments are due net-30 days from invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month. All amounts are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable Texas state and federal tax obligations.
Terms & Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for Robotics Engineer professionals in the United States Houston region.
2. The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in industrial robotics.
3. All work performed under this estimate shall comply with applicable United States federal regulations, Texas state labor laws, and local Houston municipal codes governing industrial operations.
4. TechNova Engineering Solutions LLC shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence for the duration of the engagement.
5. Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
6. The Robotics Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports and monthly performance summaries to the client's designated project manager in Houston.
7. Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and proprietary code remain the property of TechNova Engineering Solutions LLC.
8. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, United States Houston.
