The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will oversee the following deliverables at the client's facility in United States Miami:

• Requirements analysis and feasibility study for a six-axis robotic arm integration into the existing production line.
• Mechanical design and CAD modeling of custom end-effectors and mounting fixtures.
• Electrical architecture design, including PLC programming, sensor arrays, and safety interlock systems compliant with OSHA and ANSI/RIA R15.06 standards.
• Software development for motion control, vision-guided pick-and-place operations, and real-time quality inspection using machine learning algorithms.
• On-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of the robotic cell at the United States Miami production floor.
• Operator training (up to 12 personnel) and delivery of comprehensive technical documentation.
• Post-commissioning warranty support for a period of twelve (12) months.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestone-based schedule. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Robotics Engineer team are subject to revision.
2. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state (Florida), and local regulations in United States Miami, including OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and ANSI/RIA R15.06-2012.
3. The Robotics Engineer and all supporting personnel shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence.
4. Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies remain the property of Apex Robotics Solutions, LLC.
5. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No additional work will commence without written authorization.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the United States Miami region, shall extend project timelines on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
