• System Design and Architecture: The Robotics Engineer will design, model, and simulate multi-axis robotic systems tailored to the client's production line requirements, including kinematic analysis, end-effector selection, and control system architecture.
• Programming and Integration: Development of custom control algorithms, PLC integration, and communication protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus TCP) to ensure seamless interoperability with existing factory infrastructure in the United States San Francisco region.
• Installation and Commissioning: On-site mechanical installation, electrical wiring verification, safety interlock configuration, and full system commissioning at the client's facility.
• Testing and Validation: Performance benchmarking, cycle-time optimization, and compliance verification against ISO 10218 and ANSI/RIA R15.06 safety standards applicable in the United States.
