The total estimated duration for this Quotation Estimate scope is approximately 61 business days (roughly 12 weeks) from the date of contract signature. The Robotics Engineer will provide weekly progress reports to the client's project manager. All on-site activities will be conducted at the client's premises in Venezuela Caracas, with the Robotics Engineer available Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 local time.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in component costs, exchange rates, or availability of the Robotics Engineer.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 25% upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation. Payments shall be made in US Dollars via international wire transfer to the account designated by TechNova Solutions C.A.
- All work performed by the Robotics Engineer in Venezuela Caracas shall comply with applicable Venezuelan industrial safety regulations, electrical codes, and environmental standards as enforced by the relevant municipal and national authorities.
- The client is responsible for providing secure access to the facility, adequate workspace, three-phase power supply (440V/60Hz), and any permits required for the installation of robotic equipment in Venezuela Caracas.
- Intellectual property: All custom designs, programs, and documentation created by the Robotics Engineer specifically for this project shall become the property of the client upon full payment. Generic methodologies and pre-existing IP remain the property of TechNova Solutions C.A.
- Warranty: The Robotics Engineer provides a 12-month warranty on all engineering work and integration. Hardware warranty is governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power grid failures common in Venezuela Caracas, natural disasters, or government-mandated operational suspensions.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document by number (QTE-VC-2025-0472).
