- One-time payments for recruitment, relocation, equipment, and visa processing to be settled within 14 business days of the corresponding service milestone.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of issue. All costs are based on current market rates in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City as of June 2025. Should the client require this Quotation Estimate to remain valid beyond the stated period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any applicable rate adjustments will be issued upon request. Exchange rate fluctuations between USD and VND may affect local disbursement amounts.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement.
- The Robotics Engineer shall be engaged on a 12-month initial contract, with the option to renew for successive 12-month periods subject to mutual agreement.
