The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the client's facility in Zimbabwe Harare:

• Design, programming, and commissioning of six (6) industrial robotic arms (KUKA KR-210 series) for the assembly line.
• Integration of robotic systems with the existing PLC (Siemens S7-1500) control architecture.
• Development of end-effector tooling and safety interlock systems compliant with ISO 10218 standards.
• Conducting a full risk assessment and safety audit of the robotic workspace in Zimbabwe Harare.
• Providing on-site training to a minimum of eight (8) client operators over a two-week period.
• Delivery of comprehensive technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, program source code, and maintenance manuals.
• Post-commissioning support and troubleshooting for a period of ninety (90) days.

In accordance with this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

• Milestone 1 (30%): USD 12,282.00 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and mobilization of the Robotics Engineer to the Zimbabwe Harare site.
• Milestone 2 (40%): USD 16,376.00 – Due upon successful commissioning and handover of the robotic systems.
• Milestone 3 (30%): USD 12,282.00 – Due upon completion of the 90-day post-commissioning support period and final acceptance.

All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in line with Zimbabwean commercial practice.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Zimbabwe Harare market or exchange rate fluctuations.
2. The Robotics Engineer shall be available on-site from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with overtime available at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
3. The client shall provide a safe, accessible workspace, adequate power supply (3-phase, 400V), and all necessary permits for the Robotics Engineer to operate within the Zimbabwe Harare facility.
4. Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies and pre-existing IP remain the property of RoboTech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
5. Liability under this Quotation Estimate is capped at the total contract value. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of Zimbabwean law.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and a formal Service Agreement is executed.
