This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Sales Executive placement engagement in Australia Melbourne:
- 50% deposit ($6,132.50 incl. GST) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% balance ($4,906.00 incl. GST) due upon successful placement and commencement of the Sales Executive candidate.
- 10% retention ($1,226.50 incl. GST) due upon completion of the 90-day post-placement support period.
All payments are to be made via direct bank transfer to Melbourne Recruitment Group's nominated account. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per the Australian Consumer Law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Australia Melbourne recruitment sector.
5.2 The placement fee is contingent upon the Sales Executive candidate remaining in the role for a minimum period of ninety (90) days. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, Melbourne Recruitment Group will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement Sales Executive candidate at no additional cost.
5.3 All candidate data collected during this engagement will be handled in strict compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
5.4 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of placement. Melbourne Recruitment Group will use all reasonable efforts to source a suitable Sales Executive candidate for the Australia Melbourne market, but the final hiring decision rests solely with the client.
5.5 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne.
5.6 Melbourne Recruitment Group reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to provide necessary information or access within fourteen (14) days of acceptance.
