This Quotation Estimate covers the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the Sales Executive position, from initial job posting in Bangladesh Dhaka through the first twelve months of employment. Our firm, headquartered in Bangladesh Dhaka, guarantees a minimum of three qualified Sales Executive candidates for final interview within 21 working days of contract execution. The Sales Executive will be placed in the client's office located in Bangladesh Dhaka and will report directly to the client's Sales Manager. All recruitment activities will comply with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and applicable regulations of the Department of Labour, Bangladesh Dhaka.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement of the Sales Executive, and 20% upon completion of the first month of employment.
All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to our account at a commercial bank in Bangladesh Dhaka.
The Sales Executive shall be subject to a minimum one-year service commitment. In the event of voluntary resignation within the first 12 months, the client shall be liable for 50% of the remaining salary obligation as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
Our firm shall not be liable for the performance, conduct, or productivity of the Sales Executive beyond the initial 90-day probationary period, unless the candidate was found to be materially misrepresenting qualifications during the screening phase.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
