Terms & Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on Belgium Brussels market conditions.
2. The Sales Executive will be engaged under a Belgian fixed-term or indefinite employment contract in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) applicable to the pharmaceutical sector in Belgium Brussels.
3. Brussels Talent Solutions NV guarantees a replacement period of ninety (90) days should the Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within the first six months of employment.
