The candidate will be based in Rio de Janeiro and will be expected to travel within Brazil and to neighboring countries approximately 30% of the time.

3. Services Rendered and Cost Breakdown

The following Quotation Estimate details all professional services to be delivered by Meridian Talent Solutions Ltda. in connection with the recruitment and placement of the Sales Executive in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro:

All amounts are expressed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are inclusive of all professional fees. The Quotation Estimate does not include the Sales Executive's salary, benefits, or any employer contributions mandated by Brazilian labor law, which remain the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Payment Terms

• 40% (R$ 18,147.20) — Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
• 40% (R$ 18,147.20) — Due upon successful placement and first-day onboarding of the Sales Executive in Rio de Janeiro.
• 20% (R$ 9,073.60) — Due upon completion of the 90-day post-placement follow-up period.
• Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details provided in the service agreement. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Brazilian tax regulations (Nota Fiscal).

5. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision.
• The recruitment process for the Sales Executive position is estimated to be completed within forty-five (45) business days from the commencement date.
• Meridian Talent Solutions Ltda. guarantees a replacement period of ninety (90) days. Should the placed Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within this period, a replacement candidate will be provided at no additional cost.
• All candidate data will be handled in strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13.709/2018).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Sales Executive candidate. The employment relationship is governed exclusively by the CLT and the individual employment contract.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
