Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• 40% advance payment (CLP 2,403,800) due upon signed acceptance of this estimate, to be paid via bank transfer to Andes Corporate Solutions SpA, Banco de Chile, Cta. Cte. 1234567-8, RUT 77.123.456-7.
• 40% milestone payment (CLP 2,403,800) due upon successful completion of the interview process and issuance of the formal offer letter to the selected Sales Executive candidate.
• 20% final payment (CLP 1,201,900) due upon the candidate's confirmed start date and completion of the first 30 days of employment in Santiago, Chile.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require revalidation of pricing.
• All fees are quoted in Chilean Pesos (CLP) and are subject to the applicable 19% Value Added Tax (IVA) as per Chilean tax regulations administered by the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII).
