2. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Talent Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in response to the formal request received from Pacific Horizon Trading Group for the recruitment, placement, and onboarding support of a senior Sales Executive to be based in China Shanghai. The scope of this engagement covers end-to-end executive search services tailored to the competitive commercial landscape of the Shanghai metropolitan area, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, multi-stage interview coordination, background verification, compensation benchmarking against prevailing Shanghai market rates, and post-placement probationary support.
The Sales Executive role in question will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the East China region, managing key B2B client relationships, and representing the client's brand at major trade exhibitions held throughout China Shanghai, including the China International Import Expo (CIIE) and the Shanghai Auto Show. 4. Payment Terms
The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be settled in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon execution of the service agreement, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period for the placed Sales Executive. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Talent Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. at Bank of China, Pudong Branch, Shanghai. The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate is denominated in Renminbi (CNY) and is subject to the applicable value-added tax (VAT) rate in force in China Shanghai at the time of invoicing.
5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Shanghai recruitment market.
5.2 The replacement guarantee for the Sales Executive is limited to one (1) replacement within six (6) months of the candidate's start date in China Shanghai, at no additional cost to the client.
5.3 All candidate data processed under this engagement shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) and applicable Shanghai municipal data governance regulations.
5.4 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any recruitment activities.
5.5 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Service Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules then in effect.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope of services described herein accurately reflects the requirements for the Sales Executive position to be filled in China Shanghai. The client further confirms that all information provided to Meridian Talent Solutions in connection with this request is accurate and complete.
