Scope of Work – Sales Executive Engagement

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Africa Talent Solutions SARL to formally present the comprehensive cost structure for the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year engagement of a qualified Sales Executive to be deployed at the client's operational headquarters in Kinshasa, DR Congo. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the DRC market, managing key client relationships in the mining and industrial sectors, and executing the commercial strategy as defined by the client's management team.

The scope encompasses candidate sourcing, multi-stage interview coordination, background verification, contractual negotiation, onboarding facilitation, and a 90-day post-placement performance review. All activities will be conducted in compliance with the labour laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and applicable regulations in Kinshasa.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and the Sales Executive salary benchmark may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 35% upon successful placement and commencement of the Sales Executive role, and 25% upon completion of the 90-day performance review period.
All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Africa Talent Solutions SARL, Banques et Finances pour l'Entreprise (BFE), Kinshasa, DR Congo.
The Sales Executive engagement is governed by the Labour Code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Loi n° 002/007 du 20 février 2002). Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent labour courts in Kinshasa.
Commission payments (Item 8) are variable and contingent upon the Sales Executive meeting or exceeding the quarterly revenue targets as mutually agreed in the employment contract. The estimated figure provided is for budgetary planning purposes only.
Africa Talent Solutions SARL shall not be liable for any performance shortfalls of the Sales Executive beyond the 90-day review period. A replacement candidate may be sourced at 50% of the original recruitment fee if the position is vacated within the first 90 days due to performance reasons.
All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in accordance with the data protection regulations applicable in the DR Congo.
This quotation does not constitute a binding employment contract. The final terms of the Sales Executive's employment shall be set forth in a separate employment agreement between the client and the candidate.

Note: The figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are based on current market rates in Kinshasa, DR Congo as of June 2025. The Sales Executive salary benchmark reflects the senior commercial professional market in the Kinshasa metropolitan area. Exchange rate fluctuations between USD and CDF (Congolese Franc) may affect local disbursement amounts. The client is advised to confirm all figures prior to formal acceptance.
