All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the attached invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Ghanaian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- The engagement of the Sales Executive is subject to successful completion of all background checks, reference verifications, and medical clearances as required by Ghanaian law.
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unutilised service fees shall be processed within twenty-one (21) days.
- All information exchanged during the recruitment and onboarding of the Sales Executive shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, and failing that, through the competent courts of the Republic of Ghana.
