The Sales Executive candidate to be placed under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications and experience criteria, tailored to the competitive retail and distribution landscape of India New Delhi:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline from a recognized Indian university.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the FMCG, electronics, or retail distribution sector within the Delhi NCR region.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability may be subject to revision.
Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% upon successful completion of the 90-day probation period of the Sales Executive.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Staffing Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., bearing GSTIN 07AABCS1234F1Z5, registered in India New Delhi.
The replacement guarantee is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of joining. In the event the Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for cause within this period, one free replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Sales Executive. The employment relationship is governed by a separate offer letter and service agreement.
All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Shops and Establishments Act applicable to Delhi, and all relevant labour laws of India New Delhi.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate and all candidate information exchanged during the engagement.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
