- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Iran Tehran labor market or currency conditions.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Sales Executive search. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon successful placement and commencement of the probationary period.
- The Sales Executive placement is guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days. Should the placed Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within this period, our firm will conduct a replacement search at no additional cost to the client.

- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Sales Executive. The employment terms shall be governed by a separate agreement executed in accordance with the Labor Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
