• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Active and passive recruitment through professional networks, LinkedIn, industry databases, and direct outreach to qualified Sales Executive professionals residing in or willing to relocate to Italy Milan. A minimum of 25 candidates will be screened, with a shortlist of 8–10 presented to the client.

In accordance with the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Sales Executive recruitment engagement in Italy Milan shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (EUR 6,478.20): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Italy Milan.
• The placement guarantee period for the Sales Executive role is 90 days. Should the candidate resign or be terminated for cause within this period, our firm will, at no additional cost, initiate a replacement search for a new Sales Executive candidate.
• All candidate data will be processed in strict compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian privacy legislation. Data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months and then securely deleted.
