- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for revalidation after this period will be subject to a revised cost assessment.
- All recruitment activities will be conducted in full compliance with the Labour Law of the State of Kuwait (Law No. 6 of 2010) and applicable regulations in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Sales Executive candidate must meet the minimum qualification criteria as agreed in the job description annexed to this Quotation Estimate.
- In the event the placed Sales Executive resigns or is terminated within the 90-day guarantee period, our firm will provide one free replacement at no additional cost.
- Payment is due via bank transfer to our designated account in Kuwait Kuwait City. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the Sales Executive. A separate employment agreement will be executed in accordance with Kuwaiti labour regulations.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment process will be handled in accordance with Kuwait's data protection guidelines.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- This Quotation Estimate is confidential and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without prior written consent from our firm.
