• 40% Milestone Payment: MAD 41,280.00 (including VAT) due upon successful placement and the Sales Executive's first day of employment.
• 20% Final Payment: MAD 20,640.00 (including VAT) due upon completion of the 90-day post-placement support period.

• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca.
• The client acknowledges that the final selection of the Sales Executive candidate rests solely with the client. Atlas Business Solutions SARL provides recommendations based on objective assessment criteria.

• The Quotation Estimate assumes the Sales Executive position is a full-time, permanent role based in Casablanca, Morocco.
• Relocation expenses, visa processing (if applicable for foreign candidates), and any signing bonuses are excluded from this estimate and will be the sole responsibility of the client.
