The following services are included under this Quotation Estimate for the Sales Executive role:

• Job Profile Development: Crafting a detailed job description and competency framework for the Sales Executive position tailored to the competitive retail and distribution landscape in Nepal Kathmandu.
• Market Sourcing & Advertising: Publishing the Sales Executive vacancy across leading Nepali job portals (e.g., HamroJob, JobMukto, Merolagani), local newspapers (The Kathmandu Post, Kantipur), and professional networking platforms targeting candidates residing in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.
• Screening & Assessment: Conducting initial CV screening, telephonic interviews, psychometric assessments, and structured competency-based interviews for at least 40 shortlisted Sales Executive candidates.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fees may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
• The replacement guarantee applies only if the Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for performance reasons within the 90-day probation window. In such cases, one free replacement search will be conducted at no additional cost.
• All candidate data collected during the Sales Executive recruitment process will be handled in strict compliance with Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).
• Either party may terminate this engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered shall be non-refundable.
