- All candidate data will be processed in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation act (UAVG). Data will be stored on servers located within the European Union.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract between the client and the placed Sales Executive. The employment terms will be governed by a separate agreement between the client and the candidate.
