- Invoices will be issued within 5 working days of each milestone completion. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
- This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a service agreement is executed.
- The Sales Executive candidate will be employed directly by Meridian Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. HR Solutions acts solely as a recruitment and onboarding facilitator.
- All candidate data and interview records will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill and applicable regulations in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Any changes to the scope of the Sales Executive role or the Pakistan Islamabad operational requirements must be communicated in writing and will be addressed via a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- HR Solutions reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to make the advance payment within 7 working days of acceptance.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific candidate quality, though all candidates will meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the role specification.
