Our firm, operating under the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Labour in Qatar, will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a Sales Executive position based in Qatar Doha. The scope includes the following deliverables:
- Job profile development and market benchmarking for the Sales Executive role within the Doha commercial sector.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of a minimum of eight (8) qualified Sales Executive candidates from local and international talent pools.
- Conducting structured interviews, competency assessments, and reference verification for all shortlisted candidates.
- Facilitation of medical examination, visa processing, and work permit acquisition in compliance with Qatar Doha labour regulations.
- Onboarding support including accommodation arrangement, transportation setup, and orientation to the Doha business environment.
- Provision of a 90-day post-placement performance guarantee for the Sales Executive candidate.

All amounts are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR). The above Quotation Estimate assumes a single Sales Executive placement. Should the client require additional Sales Executive positions in Qatar Doha, a volume discount of 8% shall be applied to the recruitment fee per additional candidate.
The Sales Executive candidate recommended under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum criteria: a minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets; fluency in English with working proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage; valid driving licence; and willingness to relocate to Qatar Doha for a minimum contract period of two (2) years.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Qatar Doha.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due upon successful onboarding of the Sales Executive in Qatar Doha.
- All visa, work permit, and medical costs are inclusive of government fees as applicable in Qatar Doha at the time of processing.
- The 90-day performance guarantee applies only if the Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days. In such an event, our firm shall provide a replacement candidate at no additional recruitment fee.
- The client is responsible for the Sales Executive's monthly salary, benefits, and any ongoing employment obligations as per Qatar Doha labour law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended).
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any costs related to the client's internal training programs, sales commissions, or performance bonuses for the Sales Executive.
- Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this document must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before implementation.
