- Any changes to the scope of services, including additional candidate profiles or extended search parameters for the Sales Executive position, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- All personal data collected during the recruitment process will be handled in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) effective from 2024.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract of employment. The employment relationship between the client and the Sales Executive shall be governed by a separate employment contract in accordance with Saudi Arabian labor regulations.
