This document outlines the comprehensive cost structure, scope of services, deliverables, and commercial terms governing the engagement. The Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the prevailing employment regulations of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the Employment Act of Singapore Singapore, ensuring full compliance with local labour standards and statutory requirements.

The Service Provider shall undertake the following activities to secure a suitable Sales Executive candidate for the Client in Singapore Singapore:

• Job Analysis & Profiling: Conducting an in-depth consultation with the Client to define the exact competencies, technical skills, and behavioural attributes required for the Sales Executive role, including familiarity with the local market dynamics of Singapore Singapore.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Accessing proprietary databases, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to identify and shortlist a minimum of ten (10) pre-qualified Sales Executive candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Singapore Singapore.
• Interview Coordination: Facilitating at least two (2) rounds of structured interviews, including a competency-based assessment and a role-play sales scenario, to evaluate each Sales Executive candidate's suitability.
• Background & Reference Verification: Performing comprehensive checks including employment history, academic credentials, and professional references in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in two instalments: fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, amounting to SGD 5,341.00, shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%), amounting to SGD 5,341.00, shall be due upon successful completion of the Sales Executive's probationary period in Singapore Singapore. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Service Provider's designated account. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in accordance with the Interest Act of Singapore Singapore.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Service Provider reserves the right to revise the pricing structure.
• The Sales Executive candidate shall be subject to a minimum six (6) month replacement guarantee. Should the Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within this period, the Service Provider shall, at no additional cost, source and place a replacement candidate of equivalent calibre in Singapore Singapore.
• All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012 of Singapore Singapore.
• The Service Provider shall not be liable for the post-placement performance of the Sales Executive beyond the probationary period, except where gross negligence in candidate screening is demonstrably proven.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement.
