This Quotation Estimate is issued by Valencia Talent Solutions S.L. to Mediterranean Retail Group S.A. for the professional recruitment, screening, and placement of a Sales Executive position based in the Spain Valencia metropolitan area. 4. Payment Terms
- 40% advance payment (EUR 3,194.40) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, payable within 10 business days via bank transfer to ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 (Valencia Talent Solutions S.L., CaixaBank, Valencia).
- 60% balance (EUR 4,791.60) due within 15 business days following the successful onboarding of the Sales Executive candidate.
- All amounts are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) at the standard rate of 21% as per Ley 37/1992 del IVA.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Spain Valencia recruitment sector.
- The estimated timeline for completing the Sales Executive recruitment process is 6 to 8 weeks from the date of contract signing, subject to candidate availability and interview scheduling.
- Valencia Talent Solutions S.L. shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), in the handling of candidate personal data.
- The replacement guarantee applies only if the Sales Executive voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 12 months of employment. It does not apply in cases of mutual agreement or redundancy.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The final service agreement will be executed separately.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
