• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
• The recruitment guarantee period for the Sales Executive placement is ninety (90) days. Should the appointed Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within this period, Nile Valley Talent Solutions will provide a replacement candidate at no additional charge.
• All candidate data collected during the recruitment process will be handled in strict compliance with Sudanese data protection guidelines and will be destroyed within six (6) months of the placement completion.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute an employment contract. The employment relationship between the client and the Sales Executive will be governed by a separate employment agreement in accordance with the Sudanese Labor Law (2010, as amended).
• Any disputes arising from the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent commercial courts in Sudan Khartoum.
