• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Sales Executive recruitment in Turkey Ankara may be subject to revision based on market conditions.
• All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed in full compliance with Turkish labor law (4857 sayılı İş Kanunu) and applicable regulations governing recruitment agencies operating in Ankara, Turkey.
• The Sales Executive candidate will be placed on a permanent full-time contract with the client company. Meridian Talent Solutions A.Ş. acts solely as the recruitment intermediary and does not assume any employer liability.
• The replacement guarantee applies only if the Sales Executive voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within the first six (6) months of employment in the Turkey Ankara office. The replacement process will be conducted at no additional cost to the client.
• Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the recruitment of the Sales Executive position shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties in accordance with Turkish data protection law (KVKK – 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu).
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey.
