The Sales Executive role is a full-time, permanent position based in the client's office located in the Dubai Marina district, United Arab Emirates Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and representing the client's brand at industry trade shows and networking events across the emirate. The role requires a minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales within the UAE market, a valid UAE driving licence, and proficiency in both English and Arabic.

The following services are encompassed within this Quotation Estimate for the Sales Executive recruitment in United Arab Emirates Dubai:

• End-to-end recruitment process including job advertisement, CV screening, initial screening interviews, and final candidate shortlisting.
• Conducting a minimum of two (2) structured interview rounds with the client's hiring manager.
• Comprehensive background verification, reference checks, and Emirates ID validation for the selected Sales Executive candidate.
• Assistance with UAE labour visa processing, medical fitness examination coordination, and Emirates ID issuance.
• Onboarding support including orientation to UAE employment law, tax residency guidance, and local compliance documentation.
• Provision of a 90-day post-placement guarantee period during which a replacement Sales Executive candidate will be sourced at no additional cost if the initial placement is unsatisfactory.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in two instalments: fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to AED 16,117.50, is due upon signing of the service agreement and commencement of the Sales Executive recruitment process. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all fees are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• The recruitment timeline for the Sales Executive position is estimated at twenty-one (21) to thirty (30) business days from the date of engagement, subject to candidate availability and visa processing times.
• All services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Meridian Talent Solutions FZE shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client's business operations, compensation structures, and candidate data in full compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
• The 90-day replacement guarantee applies only if the Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for cause within the guarantee period. It does not apply in cases of mutual agreement to end the employment relationship.
