The Sales Executive role, as defined in the client's job specification, requires a minimum of five years' experience in B2B or B2C sales, demonstrable track record of exceeding quarterly targets, proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be based at the client's premises in central Manchester, United Kingdom, and will report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be invoiced as follows: 40% (£3,432.00) upon written acceptance of this quotation and commencement of the Sales Executive recruitment process; 40% (£3,432.00) upon successful completion of interviews and issuance of a formal offer to the selected candidate; and the remaining 20% (£1,716.00) upon the Sales Executive completing their first 30 days of employment in United Kingdom Manchester. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
• The recruitment process for the Sales Executive position is estimated to take between 6 and 10 weeks from the date of engagement, subject to candidate availability and client feedback timelines.
• Apex Talent Solutions Ltd guarantees a 90-day replacement period. Should the appointed Sales Executive resign or be terminated for cause within 90 days of their start date in United Kingdom Manchester, a replacement candidate will be sourced at no additional cost.
• All candidate data will be processed in strict compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
• The client acknowledges that the final decision on the appointment of the Sales Executive rests solely with the client. Apex Talent Solutions Ltd acts as an advisory and facilitation partner throughout the process.
