The Sales Executive candidate will be placed on a standard Vietnamese labor contract (minimum 12 months) as per the Labor Code of Vietnam. The staffing agency's liability ends upon the completion of the 90-day support period.
If the Sales Executive resigns or is terminated for cause within the first ninety (90) days, the agency will provide one (1) free replacement candidate at no additional cost to the client.
All candidate data and recruitment materials remain the intellectual property of the agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This Quotation Estimate is subject to the prevailing tax regulations of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. VAT at 8% is included in all line items.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in accordance with the Commercial Law of Vietnam.
